MSLK Exhibition at ICFF May 16th

This Sunday MSLK has an exhibition coming up during the International Contemporary Furniture Fair. The show is called Uncomfortable Conversations and along with 14 other designers we've all created something in hope of provoking an awkward situation. For the show we've designed five typographical posters showing how thoughtless font choices and poor letter and word spacing can create an unintended message. Coney Island Photo Used in Belgian Club Poster

Coney Island is probably the most photogenic part of New York, got some great photos there a few weeks ago. A friend of a friend of mine spotted them and wanted to use them for a poster to a club they're promoting in Belgium. So here's the final product!

Swiss Miss speaks at Parsons School of Design

Today I went to see Swiss Miss designer Tina Roth Eisenberg speak at Parsons School of Design. She talked about her journey from Switzerland to try to find a design internship in New York with hardley any contacts at all (sounds very familiar). She also gave us access to a killer online to-do list that I'm planning on filling up this week! Thanks SwissMiss!
